We are here to help create a relaxed and safe space for a wide range of people with a wide range of issues; from children to adults, and from individuals to couples and families.

We work on a one to one basis on various issues, or simply with those feeling that they want to make a change but not knowing where to start.

How can we help?

We offer a relaxed and neutral safe space, where you can discuss your individual issues and concerns. We will then work together to develop a contract and agree on the focus of therapy.
 

We will support you to develop inside into your thoughts and feelings in order to develop new ways of coping and being in the world.

We use an Integrative Approach but mostly we deliver therapy using a variety of modalities including:

Social transactions are analysed to determine the ego state as a basis to understand behaviour.
